👋 Hello friends, this is the fourth in a series of guided relaxation exercises.

In this the fourth in a series of guided relaxation exercises, we focus on the 4-7-8 breathing method as a means of becoming more calm. After this brief exercise I leave you with some relaxing sounds of nature featuring birds, gentle wind, and later chimes.
